"Going
to the chapel and we're gonna get married
"
And
where is that Chapel of Love? For some couples, it's at
the mall.
Not just any mall: the Mall of America in Bloomington,
Minnesota-the biggest shopping center in the United States,
which also boasts its own indoor roller coaster.
Investigative
filmmaker Melody Gilbert wanted to know more about who
gets married while others shop. Her documentary, "Married
at the Mall," follows couples who chose the mall's
chapel for their weddings. This experimental, online version
offers excerpts of her hour-long film.
